Q. What is SageCover Online (SCV 0)?
SageCover Online (SCV 0) used to be called Sage Cover 24/7 Online, it is now referred to as SageCover Online. It includes only email and web support that customers can access any time. This one year free trial offer is included within Instant Accounts v15. *(SageCover Online includes H&S Advice Online standard)
Q. Who has had it for free?
As v14 Instant Accounts customers you would have accepted this offer in the last 12 months and your contract will be up for renewal.
If you really like the SageCover Online service then you can renew your contract for a £40 fee.
SageCover Online is still free for one year if you were a v10, v11 and v12 customer as you have not accepted this offer before. Therefore you will benefit from the one years’ free SageCover Online if you upgrade to the new Sage Instant Accounts v15
Q. How much does it cost?
V14 customers you will be put into a renewal cycle and will receive an invoice for £40 when your SageCover Online (SCVO) contract is due to finish.
Q. What if I did not get a free trial?
V10, v11 and v12 customers you were offered this free trial last year but may have decided not to upgrade. Therefore it’s important that you are given the opportunity to take advantage of the SageCover Online one years’ free trial again.
Q. What if I have already had a free trial?
V14 customers if you have already benefited from a free trial unfortunately you will not be allowed it again, if you upgrade to Sage Instant Accounts v15. I.e. if you are a v14 customer and upgrade to v15 you will not receive the SageCover Online and will have to renew your contract at an additional £40 fee on top of the Sage Instant Accounts upgrade price.
