14/10/2009 : Take Control of Your Mail with Spindle
Spindle Professional 2009 is an intelligent software solution which can automatically email as a PDF, fax or print documents from virtually any application including Sage 50, Sage Line 100, Sage 200, Microsoft NAV, Microsoft GP, and Microsoft Office.
It merges information from your accounting system to produce professional looking documents, including your logo and branding, such as letters, statements, invoices, remittances, delivery notes and purchase orders. These can then be faxed or emailed to reduce your printing, postage and administration costs, and of course avoid having to rely on the Royal Mail at this time. It will even automatically attach your terms and conditions and save an archive copy to your network.
By automating routine communications, it also reduces human errors and frees up time for more important tasks.
