Evan James - Managing Director

Evan has led our Check-Tek operation since its launch in 1999. He is able to provide advice on developing systems to help businesses meet their objectives.
Evan also has extensive experience across all aspects of IT and financial systems, with particular expertise in:
- Accounts systems
- Payroll
- CRM
Gary Ellis - Accounts Software Specialist

A qualified Chartered Accountant, Gary has worked for Check-Tek since its launch in 1999. He has a detailed working knowledge of packages such as Sage and Quickbooks, enabling him to set up accounting systems to suit organisations business needs. He is able to:
- Provide one to one or group training courses.
- Deal with client computerised accounting queries.
Gary also works as an accountant for Monahans enabling him to keep abreast of the latest accounting issues and giving him a unique perspective of our clients needs.
Kieran Thomas - Senior Technical Specialist

Kieran worked as a programmer and support engineer before joining Check-Tek in 1999 as an IT administrator. He is a qualified Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and now manages the whole Check-Tek technical team.
Kierans particular expertise covers:
- LAN and WAN network installations.
- Server and computer installations.
- Troubleshooting and supporting most software and hardware.
- Development of database solutions to meet particular client requirements.
Kim Hamilton - Accounts Software Specialist
Kim has 16 years of accountancy experience at Monahans and has worked at Check-Tek since its launch in 1999.
This unique experience enables Kim to set up the most effective accounting systems for clients, including training people on their use. She also provides ongoing client support on issues such as VAT returns, management accounts production, year end closedowns and payroll issues.
Luke Sampson - Technical Specialist

Luke is responsible for supporting the Monahans IT network which consists of 160 computers and 13 servers spread across their four offices. The experience he has gained also benefits our clients as Luke is involved in supporting clients problems.
Luke is a Microsoft Certified Professional and is responsible for all purchasing of hardware and software.
Nicola Ebden - Technical Specialist

Nicola joined Check-Tek in 2004, and is involved in providing support to clients either over the phone or through site visits.
Since being with Check-Tek she has developed a specialism in small business server installations.
Nicola is also reponsible for supporting the Monahans IT network which consists of 160 computers and 13 servers spread across their four offices.
